Shares being exchanged into stronger hands. More than excellent share structure! Current owner just purchased this shell for around 300K. Seller also has a vested interest as he kept around 1.7 million shares.

Last filing Form 10Q the owner stated: "The Company’s current business objective is to seek a business combination with an operating company. We intend to use the Company’s limited personnel and financial resources in connection with such activities."
