I don't know how the MM's and brokers could be held liable? Unless of course they were aware that they were accomplices? They were just doing what the clients instructed them to do? IMHO

The ones that knowingly had the legends removed and gave the stock to the MM's and brokers though certainly were fully aware of what they did wrong!

More likely the TA and Petar's tribe of traders are fully responsible for this fiasco!
