After reading your question(s), it sounds like you might have missed this 8-K filing from February 11th.

All convertible debt has been retired. Additionally, from this recent podcast you will hear the CEO announce that no longer will there ever be debt financing needed in the company.

As for executive salaries, you are probably misinterpreting share value for salary value, in our 2019 10-K. The company does not have any executives or board members on salary. Our CEO has not taken a salary since 2015, the year before we took the company public.
