run-up is still a wild card in all of this. Was it calibrated properly when the agreement was executed on 1/27 per 8k? Big volume that day, by the way and prior day close was .0215. If so, we're just about there now. But we don't know if agmt was actually entered into that day or just made effective as of that day (and entered into prior to that). I need to take another look at 8-K discussion and agreement regarding this point.
