I am disappointed to see Lind as well. It is essentially the same agreement we signed with them over five years ago. All the derisking and permitting that has happened in the interim and we're still at this stage? A very dilutive loan at very high interest rates rather than a partner? We are told that someone has spent 100 million dollars so far in an effort to fund whatever it is it will provide us financing. This entity didn't want more than 20 million shares for 10 million dollars?
