Best of, the dilution was minimal since it was sold at top dollar.

The market didn't kill the PPS because The Street sees the "uses" past the dilution.

I saw that so about $160m with earlier offering for feb. big question is how they'll use it. Think i also heard they bought someone? Growth, love it!
