AO - Niocorp owns land for the mine & now contracts Cementation to complete engineering/cost analysis to build underground portions! "Positive indeed!" I think many here thought along those same lines after listening to that 2019 AGM.
Following the Nov. 5th AGM & previous updates throughout 2020 the Niocorp team continued to work to progress the project forward. KYC rules, Covid delays & probably a few other bumps. Yet they continued to execute their plan. Keeping us all guessing & thinking behind the scenes & holding our shares because we believe they will succeed.
Scott, Jim & Mark ...I think are ready to "Unleash the Kracken!" (had to go there lol... They've gotta be chomping at the bit, should be fun to watch the news & story unfold & roadshow...

I wonder who are partner/s will be??
