Rumark, you are correct.

Here is the time line:

Last July, my friend Russell Anmuth reached out about privacy-focused BIGtoken. Per public filings, BIGtoken was being spun out of a publicly traded micro-cap company, SRAX, in to a public shell (FPVD). Russell introduced me to the CEO, Kris Nelson, as a candidate for their Board of Directors. I had a good call with Kris, and was intrigued by BIGtoken, which had 9 millions verified users who had downloaded the app. The users provided data by answering questions, taking surveys and connecting online accounts (banks accounts, credit cards, social media accounts..). BIGtoken then anonymizes the data, sells it to brand advertisers, and shares the revenue with its users.

This "July" date would match up on when I believe FPVD and SRAX were in talks, that falls into the time line of the updated fins by FPVD. The PA was executed in late September, with the stock starting its move in late August.

The reason this Bitcoin "theory" has my attention, is because Lou's statement of SRAX considering him as a "candidate for their Board of Directors", at the same time they were likely under an LOI with FPVD.

I'm "guessing" the Bitcoin play was already being discussed by management even before Malcolm as chosen to run BigT. Lou was being asked on board to aid in the issues of structing not only the recent PR, but VERY possibly the "theory" that has been thrown out here...if this is correct. This very well might explain why SRAX set up the Trillion shares...supporting my position that the team at SRAX didn't set up the AS without a strong reason.

Interesting thought....and by the way...IMHO.
