Overall good call. Not real clear on convertible offering but I have to assume drop in price after hours has something to do with that. For sure they expect increasing share price so buybacks make sense especially when the cost of convertibles are cheap. I was hoping they were raising money for an acquisition but that may be something for the last half of the year and may have nothing to do with the offering. Once biotech starts to level off I expect halo to climb into the fifties. It’s been a rough week with many companies off 30 percent.
