There is a reason both IsoRay and Vivos call Tri-cities Wa home. That area has the Hanford nuclear waste superfund sites. Much of Korenko's experience was derived from DOE Superfund sites. These sites haven't been cleaned up (and won't be for decades) so there are new people replacing the ones who cycle out (like Korenko). I don't think it would be hard to find a replacement for him. The question will be will the replacement be competent. With radiogel as a product I think they will. Advanced Medical Isoptope Co. (name of company before it was changed to Vivos) got stuck with Katzaroff because the company didn't have much of a product when it started off. Long shot isotope production with limited market. With radiogel I think people will be competing to be the CEO.

Korenko is not a one man show, radiogel was an amazing product before he came along and will be long after he leaves. Remember they are licensing the product. Korenko did not invent it. He may have some related patents, but it is not 'his' baby.
