I'm seeing things I was involved in previously get suspended, both in the past or recently. Things I got out of at cost or w a loss or sometimes even a profit. I'm grateful none of it has been since May of 2020, when this one put out a false Covid thing - and I'm glad I wasn't recently (2021) and am not present in any that have been suspended yet.
This? GCHK? This is my first custodial play, and I just learned that last year from this board. I picked up another one a few days ago without realizing it. The filings from that are terrifying if you have an imagination of any kind, and the share structure doesn't make it even remotely valuable - but hey, I'm going to be looking into custodian issues going forward. That's dead money too.
I honestly feel that many more suspensions should be occurring, this deserving of it the most. SILENCE since 2014 - and though I know no one else outside of the surficial relation of these communications, I do feel that this ticker has been abused for communicative purposes through transaction volume. I've been watching for two + years now, after blindly ignoring it for six, resenting myself for the money I lost. I'm not buying, and I'm not selling. My relation to this holding is well-established.
It seems a lot cheaper to get custodianship of a security, over creating one, though I haven't actually investigated that. I still believe GCHK would be a excellent vehicle in a burgeoning industry, and that's why I got back in. I honestly cannot emphasize how dumb that was. I couldn't say goodbye - see the last sentence of the previous paragraph. Ever since I got Lvl2 in 2018 I think, this thing...this thing gets watched. I'm curious where Lincoln Parke is.
Anyone know when the reverse split happened? Sometime between 2014 and 2020 - I do not know.
