AS was amended and posted back in September, at the same time the PA with SRAX was announced.

Malcolm becoming the new CEO was announced shortly after.

Again, it's possible that Lou was in the shadows, setting up the background for the Bitcoin path. Think about it, it didn't take the company long to "find" their replacement.

This is an interesting theory, need to dig deeper here.
