Likely because many of those tweets seem to be OLD (Out-Dated) Repeat-Tweets! Which makes them appear somewhat shifty in the eyes of their investors/shareholders. Old tweets lowers the PPS, Mew Tweets raises the PPS!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
