In all honesty I haven't seen the kind of support I had hoped for with the divvy. I doubt we see many transfer their shares out of TDAm either.

I learned along time ago that most people would rather stand around the water cooler and complain about management, than to put forth the time and effort, and take the risks necessary to build their own company.

Just being realistic. MT retired 2B shares, and people shrugged and said, "what about the buyback?"
