Wonder where MMEX-scam's latest 14-c is? The last 10-Q reported MMEX-scam had exhausted all 25-billion in the AS - no 8-K, nothing on FINRA... have to check the Nevada SoS next...

The last DEF 14-c was in December 2019 - I never saw where FINRA acted on the AS increase.

MMEX is updating the DILUTION DAILY NOW......

They are obviously preparing for the filings that will need to be done for either the NEXT REVERSE SPLIT and/or new rounds of super dilutive convertible notes.

Increased the AS shares to 37 BILLION so Hanks can create some MORE death spiral financing and pay himself some nice EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION in the mean time.

Hanks has done it for the last few years and has accomplished absolutely NOTHING other than watching shareholders lose 99.9999999% of their "gambling" money.
