I'm thinking that "no news, is good news". Figure both parties showed up, the court reviewed the petition, the court directed both parties to come to a settlement agreement by weeks end, the defendant requested gag orders for all involved, (this would kill any insider trading as well as any court information and news that would have been made public by now), and if an agreement is not reached within the prescribed time frame the court will make concessions on both parties and a final decision will be administered.
