I am copying and pasting the text from VPER's tweet here:

"We will update the status of our filing to become current on Friday after the meeting with our lawyers and accountants."

I truly hope I am reading this wrong, but it appears to me that they will give an update on Friday about the filing status and not that they will be current on Friday.
