I watch what happens ... and what happens is that like all other times we are returning to the starting point ... all the rest is chatter ...
He doesn't have the money for the takeover and the only way is dilution the only way this guy knows to get the money ...
he paid the dilutive loans to be able to open other perhaps greater ones to be able to find money to buy aphrodite's ... he wins, the shareholders pay and it has been going on like this for years because it should change ... the game works
