The SEC filed for an extension of the statue of limitations - they aren't going anywhere.

I am hoping that the SEC bans him from securities and VanderPutten replaces him as the CEO.

The SEC didn't file to Dismiss as some claimed - they aren't going to let Deitsch get away unscathed.

From many years of watching the SEC - when a case takes longer it usually means it has been turned over to the Justice Department for criminal investigation.
