I'm in no way defending a company in which I don't know any of the people personally.

But I don't think not getting a reply to an email sent directly to the CEO is indicative of not following through. In the call they were explicit in saying these things would happen in 2021. Long way to go.

The call was a mess. But I like the presence Todd has had on Twitter and the updates and PR this week were a good sign. It just feels like this company is finding their way.

Hey- maybe I'm wrong. Very possible. But I'm looking at the long term changes I've seen since my entry in 2016, and there is no way I am selling now with what I've seen.

You have every right to be frustrated. I understand why. I just have a different outlook.
