The graphite is proven. The NI43-101 report is really needed for rare earths. Check out this excerpt from Ameca’s website...

“Core samples were immediately sent to an independent lab in Sri Lanka for analysis and the graphite was found to be of extremely high purity (99.9%). Samples were then sent to the certified lab of Saint Jean Carbon (www.saintjeancarbon.com) in Canada.

Testing at Saint Jean Carbon further confirmed that the Seruwila graphite is of extremely high purity. Initial testing at both Saint Jean Carbon and Actlabs also revealed high concentrations of multiple rare earths.
Having attained bank feasibility on the graphite, AMECA is currently in the process of proving out the rare earths, palladium, and gold.”
