Do you know the official date when the AYRWF stock price would apply to the official transaction? (i.e., the transaction closing date). Would it be today? I read the terms and they use the 20-day weighed average for AYRWF 3 business days prior to the date of closing the transaction, but I did not see a definition of the closing date of the transaction. Thanks
