Yes, a sentence regarding the the California cannabis/hemp market seems to have mistakenly been placed in a AIMH filing and has since been removed. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT.

Now, all my DD on the sticky post beyond that, is with regards to current people involved with this shell and their being active in the cannabis/hemp business in general, not only California. Also, my DD post talks about the current Aimrite address listed on OTC and their website. That exact address is also currently being used by California based cannabis company Cannabis Strategic Ventures... That does not seem irrelevant to me. That same company ran from pennies to $7.00 under the watch of the same people currently working with AIMH. Seems very relevant... Also, there was a mention in a past filing of a financial transaction between Aimrite and a cannabis company. Maverick Technology Solutions. Probably no big deal but, I mean, if we are getting technical...

Again, with no other information to go on, the background of people currently running the shell is very relevant in my opinion.

Me personally, I’ve made good money on some of these OTC shells. If I would have waited for official news to be released by the company before taking a position, I would have made only a small fraction of what I did, if anything at all. The OTC market is very speculative. So, that’s what we do, we gather all the information that we can and then, we SPECULATE. Now, I would say that this is all in my humble opinion but as you can see from the following statements found on the OTC website, they seem to share the same opinion...

We can also add to that, that even if it was news released from the company itself, officially, thru the OTC site there is still no guarantee that it is accurate.

“THERE CAN BE NO ASSURANCE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS ACCURATE OR ERRORFREE. ANY USER OF SUCH INFORMATION EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ALL RISKS FROM USING THE INFORMATION.”

“An investment in an OTC security is speculative and involves a high degree of risk.”

“Reliable information regarding issuers of OTC securities, their prospects, or the risks associated with the business of any particular issuer or an investment in the issuer's securities may not be available. As a result, it may be difficult to properly value an investment in an OTC security.”

Regardless of the source of information, this is a highly speculative place to be... seems to be that even if the company released news themselves thru the OTC site that they were indeed entering cannabis market... there is still always a possibly that it would be a lie or untrue. Possibly just a scam to steal money from the people who do not want to “read between the lines” to take a early position and rather only want to “wait for official news to be released” before investing. ALWAYS a good possibly of a company lying and “scamming” people with “official” news released on the OTC.
