Full disclosure: I know far less about Leo, his tendencies and Ipix in general than the regulars here. However, I do know business both privately & publicly and I could easily see some closed door discussions going on with a deep pocketed heavyweight____?____(fill in the blank) who might be willing to extend the value Leo seeks now, but only IF there are no pre-deal leaks in advance of a deal/partnership, binding LOI, etc. In other words we’ll offer you what you need/want now, but only if there are no “we are in talks with xyz organization” PR before an agreement is officially consummated.
