I have met numerous CEO's that do not have a clue on how to address the market, part of the "shoot yourself in the foot" crowd.

He is a master at acquiring properties with outstanding potential.. bringing those properties public is the story here.. the CEO is a figure head... much like a Ho in bed.

Do your research, take your position, turn off the noise.
