I know that you likely already know this but there are clearly new traders here. The reverse split is why he is pushing as much into shares right now. Maxim want to get this to up-list because they get another tranche of shares equal to 2.5% of the outstanding share count. No up-list with out the reverse split. Same as last time. Only 10 million shares outstanding January 2020 and now well over a billion. Their financials couldn't get the up-list then and I don't see it happening again since the losses are much higher.
