Your mistaken the company actually does have $5mm available.

The company had a backlog of $20mm preorders "Finland included" in 11/2020. and $15mm in preorders through marketing booking in first quarter 2021.

I actually anticipate the buyback being expanded near term, hence the up listing OTCQX at current price it's the fiduciary duty of the company to do so.
