It's been a while, but I just looked on the Taiwan Patent Office site to see if there was anything new. There are two new patents since I last looked.

M603120 - "Exclusive-OR gate silicon photonics photonic integrated circuits"
M607016 - "A NAND-Gate optical logic device used in 5G high frequency optical communication system"

Along with a few of the previous known companies, a company that hasn't yet been discussed here is listed: "World Grid Technology Co., Ltd." (Taiwan Uniform Company #70560455).
