There is a misunderstanding about: "Nutra Pharma received Orphan Designation from the FDA for its drug, RPI-78M, for the treatment of pediatric Multiple Sclerosis."

modified a-cobratoxin hasn't been approved as a drug to treat Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis.

All the Orphan Drug Designation means if the drug is approved the company can receive the Orphan Drug incentives - but Nutra hasn't done anything toward drug development. There hasn't been any FDA approved clinical trials.

Deitsch was counting on investors not understanding what what the Orphan Drug Designation means.
