I wouldn't say pure speculation. There are SEC filings announcing the merger and changes in the officers of the company showing it's in process. Our last filing was 6 months ago and stated more was to come.

We definitely need news but GEGP has a lot more hard info than many of the tickers in the OTC trading at higher levels.
