Even with plenty to shout about Leo has been amazingly quiet. It’s quite puzzling and I figure it’s tactical.

I don't think it is tactical. There would be no reason for him not to send the stock price up instead of down with multiple PRs about the trial start and peer-reviewed article.

I suspect there are negotiations going on and he is gagged as part of good-faith negotiations. I can't come up with any other reason why he would prefer the stock to be at $0.35 rather than $0.65.
