Then why are we still on our way to $1? What has to happen for your 60+ to trigger? If LPs are not deemed paid we go to .75/shr. Gov will never allow shrholders to cash in. China virus and the on coming recession will give gov all they need to trigger Receivership. What court will rule against Gov when the SC with all their protection from politics won’t even do what’s right?
