It's natural to have knee jerk reactions in the OTC just by the nature of how quickly these move. It will take a catalyst to move it significantly upward, but the warning is that if the catalyst hits, people who sold here are toast. They will be chasing and chasing. Its a gamble like everything is down here. Risk is too high to not be prepared for a major move and I really do believe it will get its day again.
