Private placement of 26mil shares @ 1.30$ !!! That is 2 mil shares!!!!

I never believe that this price is true.
The amount of shares isn't a lie.
This is aprox the amount of shares that yesterday let the price tumble.
The private placer got these shares @ the highest minimum price.

Now the litlle shareholders, as we all are, have to believe thee price in the future has to be more than 1.30$
The private placer has an immidiate gain of let's say 40%.

It's a shame how the litlle guy is treated in favor of the BIG investors.
