That was under control of old Trustees.
The annual meeting THIS November will be very different than ANY held before.
1. Under the rules of a C Corp
2. Horizon and other like minded activist shareholders will own and vote 33% of all the shares
3.Other shareholders opposed to the old Trustees will be able to also vote.
4.Several new institutional shareholders( a money manager, a corporate pension plan, a state pension plan, a university endowment) may well also decide to vote against the old Trustees
5. A new vision of corporate governance and longer term outlook could be presented.
