It would be inconsistent with Sandy Winick's statements in the last PR. In his letter to the share-holders he stated that TFN would be ready to go International AFTER the second tier carriers of Bell Express Vue and Shaw were all covered. He said this would be accomplished during the first part of 2007 and said NOTHING about a buyout.
