I doubt there are more than a few people employed for a market maker have ever heard of SNPW. Computers do the trading based on demand for the stock. All the action you see is buyers and sellers in a free market mixed in with a little naked shorting to provide liquidity but it is covered in 3 days to avoid a failure to deliver.
