The fact that PVDG updated its filings yesterday indicates strongly that FINRA is reviewing their info as we speak. The attorney letter is just the stamp on the envelope to send us current.
This can literally happen any minute.
The info FINRA needs is all uploaded to OTCMarkets. The attorney letter is just a seal of accuracy.
They are certainly diligently working behind the scenes to roll this out and move onto the next step of the process.
It is at that point we were told rapid order PRs!!
