Do not believe the "dilution" lies here.
Look at the SS and realize that they don't have even 1M shares to unload on the stock at that last minute. This has nothing to do with the company. Sadly, this is market manipulation at it's finest combined with the crash that we are seeing largely across the board this morning. We were just one of the first tickers to see it.
Hold strong, news is coming here and we will return at least to where we were.
