While nothing will have changed in the financial reports since the last financial filings Lazar arranged in 2019 (other than the date), he will probably wait and put out all required documents once a R/M partner has been found to bring it up to date before takeover if needed. Perhaps he wants the buyer to take (some of) the costs for this, but it should be quick and easily done as there are no other events worth investigating and reporting that require time and money. It's probably cheaper to have them all done at once than report & file every quarter one by one.
