No need to doubt what he said, it's in their Q3 filing.
I've learned to not trust what OTC companies say in PRs and filings - it was a very expensive lesson.
I don't believe Halo is being dishonest, but I didn't think the three scams I invested in were, either.
Granted, those were pinks - where dishonesty is the rule, not the exception. But thanks to those lessons I'll always be skeptical of what companies say. They often say what they want shareholders to believe, not what's actually the truth.
