Im not concerned...They already spelled out the dilution and notes and how the lockup will work before uplift. 8m per lender x4 is 32m shares between "when announced and 8k" and August...Most of them are being converted now anyway hence the OS rise. would rather do down here and accumulate then at a higher price. That is not a-lot of shares....I keep buying. and holding.
