FINRA/SEC put out a letter: all Dark/Defuncts will be phased out by Sept 30 if they do not begin the process of going current with OTC Markets by June 30. For many - some - stop signs, it likely means a flurry of filings to come. Basically any dark moving forward is $$$


Will ptop ever start the current process by June 30?
