This measure I believe was 43% in the Phase II trial. Maybe 47%, I'd have to go look again, but I think it was 43%.

The idea of that (to my reasoning) is to understand that there may be some people who do not react at all to treatment, and thus are equivalent to the standard of care expectations.

Fiddling with spreadsheets, it seemed to me this number actually has to be a lot higher in a larger study, like at least 60%, because there is no other place to put events to. For example, I have to agree, how is it possible AT ALL for anybody to drop out of this study (once injected) first 3 weeks or so.

If in fact there is some percentage of Test-Arm subjects who did not react at all to treatment, then that increases the burden (and apparent effectiveness) on those who do, looking back from today.
