Anyway, I don't have any further information on your question binzur...This is what I was able to uncover doing my research... I simply re-posted what I saw. This was something I discovered 2 weeks ago when I was using the screen name "wayneburmaster." I discussed this is Mighty Mouse one evening and he said that he had researched the ownership and Ed & Wayne were simply the agent contacts...who knows what to believe because some people are saying that might mouse is ed.

I can't find any information on IBAC Corp assets...As I mentioned before, I think this company is misleading us and is a SCA*. Unfortunately, I own a lot of shares and am down around 55%. I am hoping that these guys will execute a pump so we see higher prices. I REALLY don't want to sell the remainder of my shares at this price.
