That was a list of things that have actually happened. Your claim was that the company had trouble because they could not even track the royalties. I merely pointed to the things they have done. Now a return to back door shares.

Those shares are into the mix and I will agree a drag on the SP. But, they accomplished the goal of eliminating the toxic financing. That will pay in the future when debt servicing is predictable.

Future growth will be tied to 10K, 8K's PR's and Q's, revs and ever increasing market.

Waste of energy looking at what did not happen, that will never change, no matter how many times it's coughed up. Don't think there is a future for PCTL?, cut your ties. Like a bandage, only hurts once that way.
