One could just envision the BOD of The Hospitality Development Group sitting down one day, bemoaning that they just need help managing their projects. And the Microcrap scam BAYP is just the one to do it!

HDG offers up $1B to their new partner BAYP. And BAYP contributes $0.00 as their financing share. Which is their total cash balance.

In addition Clay Franks and the Porters come out of retirement, and volunteer (for the appropriate salary) to relieve the HDG of another burden, and manage the palazzio hotel. How could the HDG ever pass on Clay, after his successful stint at the Weed Wieser website!? Of course HDG's new Microcrap partner BAYP, having conducted the job search for suitable hotel managment, to receive 50% of the hotel's profits, as a result.
