Let me clarify: So if there are bunch of "whiners" and "complainers" posts, we create a sandbox for "Mgmt. Complaints" thread (so to speak to let them use to blow off steam for those type of posts). The members who it annoys don't need to waste time or get upset from it and can move on to other subject threads. Unfortunately we don't currently have that type of a message board web page feature here. Going forward so we don't lose anymore valuable members here we can practice to ask ourselves if our post adds some value to our board and is our post civil to others. Lets try and do it in Derrick's (Bertha) memory...
