From what I found, the new team are not attached to anything nefarious. Not sure what happened here but the stonework is all laid here for either Magnifind or something else to liftoff.

As for all the attention these tickers are getting it is anyones guess. I have thought of countless reasons but my end guess would be supply and demand. How stupid it sounds but you cannot find tickers worth this cheap. You add in social media, all it takes is a good marketing team to show people how buying .0001 shares vs $1 shares and the gains that can be had. Compare recent runs of triple tickers to trading .10+, the momentum in marketing could be crazy contagious.
