the Warrants for Amazon tied to their spending $400m with PLUG were vested early this would mean significant revenue reduction even meaning revenues for Q4 would be negative - luckily Q4 doesn't need to be reported separately than the whole year.


It will be a one off hit and analysts have been calculating that and it means when the $400m does get spent (or more) by Amazon or their partners (eg LIghtning motors) there will be no such warrant discount applied.

there is still teh Walmart Warrants though - Walmart haven't spent as much - not sure when they expire.
